From the highlands of Planadas, Tolima, our Clásico is a tribute to tradition, resilience, and refined craftsmanship. Grown organically by Jorge Rojas and neighboring farmers, this washed coffee carries classic Colombian notes of chocolate, citrus, and panela - elevated with floral and berry undertones from a gentle extended fermentation. A versatile, silky-bodied cup born from dedication and altitude.
